August 4th Release - Stability, Security & UX Fixes
We've rolled out several important fixes and improvements to enhance stability, security, and user experience. Here's what's new in this release:
Bug Fixes & UX Improvements
Clearer Error Notifications
Issue: In User Profile Settings under the Admin User Management tab, error messages (such as when adding a member who's already in the workspace) appeared blurred behind the modal, making them hard to read.
Impact: Users couldn't clearly see why an action failed, causing confusion and extra steps to troubleshoot.
Fix: Error messages now appear clearly, ensuring they are immediately visible and easy to understand.
Editor Loading Issue Resolved
Issue: If a project's first document section was a header (non-clickable), the Editor would get stuck in an infinite loading state.
Fix: The Editor now automatically skips header sections and loads the next available section, ensuring smooth navigation.
AI Button Crash Fixed
Issue: Intermittent crashes occurred when clicking the AI Assistant button to generate parameter descriptions in the Theneo Editor.
Fix: The AI Assistant now runs reliably without freezing or crashing, delivering results as expected.
Sidebar Icons Now Display Correctly
Issue: Some custom icons in the sidebar were not appearing when linked from certain external sources.
Impact: This made it harder for users to visually identify sections and navigate quickly.
Fix: We improved how the system detects and loads valid image URLs, ensuring that icons display reliably no matter where they're hosted.
Security Enhancements
Improved Session Management
Issue: User sessions were not always ending immediately when they expired, which could result in unexpected behavior during the next sign-in.
Impact: This sometimes caused confusion if an expired session remained active in the background.
Fix: Sessions now end instantly when they expire, ensuring a smoother and more consistent sign-in experience.
